While we all take care of ourselves at home. I decided to do a workshop on how to create a monoprint for anyone who wishes to learn and have fun.  We're living in hard times at the moment where  we all need to stay home to be safe. But, that doesn't mean you can't continue to do the things that make you happy. So I'm going to keep you busy. Remember to keep a positive attitude, remain calm, stress free and be healthy. I'm sending you all love!

On video 1 - I will teach you how to do figurative abstract monoprint using Deli paper and black oil  paint.  I will be teaching you how to transfer your image using tracing paper on mix media paper 7 x 10.  You will first draw your image on your sketch book or you can simply begin drawing on tracing paper creating your monoprint on deli or wax. You can do this intuitively if you like! And I will teach you how to do that. There are so many ways to go about creating monoprints using many tools and mediums which I will continue to show you in the following weeks to collage, watercolor, gouache, acrylics and using stencils. Once you get the hang of it you will begin to explore more and have great fun! Remember to have a sketch book for practice to create mark makings and wonderful shapes.

Video 2 - I will be teaching you how to apply color Acrylics monoprint intuitively.
