Taking it one step at a time!
I'm back! Been away once again but working, working on several projects. Here I have 6 abstract pieces all done in fabric and handmade paper which I got in Quebec. I couldn't help myself when I was there. I went on a art shopping spree. It was sooooo much fun. I loved every minute of it. My mind is still wrapped up in Quebec City. I fell in love!!! There was so much to see, so much to take in. I love diversity and Quebec is full of Diversity. A magical experience! We will go back and even stay. I have not forgotten you guys. Just know that when I'm away creating art, I will have more lovely beautiful things to share with you! I am growing as an artist, growing as a woman. I find myself becoming stronger and more at ease. Taking things one step at a time, nurturing myself kindly and no rush!

ReplyDeleteLove your little quilts...just wonderful designs and colours!! Never been to Canada....too far up North for me!! LOL Perhaps someday, but for now, I'm keeping it just a bit north of the border...besides, I love sunshine and warm weather...not big into snow and cold...just paint me that old desert rat!! LOL

Love all your vibrant colors, and the sewn pieces are fantastic. I love the technique of free-form sewing lines running through fabric or paper--it gives so much texture. :)
