Free shipping in my Etsy Shop!

A new year for new beginnings tote bag!
This beautiful tote bag is done in acrylic and charcoal size of 13.5 x 13.5

Thank you for all your lovely fun comments!
It is freezing out here, no joke! My hubby is keeping the wood stove burning real good. When it's really cold I drink a lot of tea with milk.  For dinner I cooked fish and basmati rice with leak. Oh how I wish to eat those delicious powered cookies with bits of cashews in them. I forget what you call them but the cookies are really good and dangerous. Dangerous cause I could eat the big box,  it's that good! Any who here I am thinking about these cookies and I don't have any. Well, changing the subject, early today as I  was going through my items one by one to change my shipping. It took me an hour and thirty minutes, can you believe that! I thought, wouldn't be nice if somehow Etsy could change that and make it easier. I was so frustrated I almost fell asleep staring at the computer going through each item to sort out my shipping! Well, that was that!
So I finally finish sorting all my shipping.
Some pieces have been reduced including bags and big paintings!

Well, guys are hope you are all keeping warm!
Sending love to you all!!!

These pages fill with beautiful images of my work. My lovely zine art booklet issue #1
Printed on cardstock and archival inks
Size of book - 5.5 x 8.5

The booklet is stitched binded and it's for you!
One page I written a story about my \

Art embraces and Discoveries:

Painting is intimate for me, the solitude of space, my paper, my acrylics and brushes. A connection where thoughts and feelings are making beautiful music together . Sometimes they spill loudly across the page other times is like listening to blues lavishly rattling the motions in my soul. My heart, my mind are at a flow. The rhythm feels right and once I'm feeling the groove everything I need in that given moment is in place. And I know the story--the image has begun and I'm having fun.

Another page about My art life:

My art life is about colorful messes, doodle fun, celebrating whimsical dreams and venturing to magical places entertained by imaginary creatures. There I can be myself and create a world I want. I'm free and calm.

A painting on a Hoopa Loopa

Taking a stroll with a friend

A hoopa loopa wall hanging piece done on muslin acrylic and charcoal 12 x12
I been eying these forever. At first I wondered what the whole hoop was about and how it works. Now I know! I have fallen in love with these. I thought I can use this as a canvas. A painting doesn't have to be always square hmmmm let me try it out! And so I did last night and I had a blast painting on it. I took muslin tighten it, added gesso, waited for it to dry and started to create and here is my piece and I love the results.

A beautiful day indeed!

Anna Bella the piggy

Anna Bella is a piggy who loves the art to voice what's in her heart and she is not afraid to be heard. She believes in herself! Done in watercolor and charcoal on Vincent Rossini watercolor paper 8x10 Available today on Etsy!

This week  been busy preparing for a craft show in Hamden CT, never been there. I was invited to participate in the awesome event. There is a lot to be done. This week will be about getting things together and creating goodies for the show. I love craft shows,  very exciting. You get to meet people and also see wonderful work. When I  lived in Puerto Rico in Old San Juan in Calle sol near the water about 3years ago I participated in all the events in Old San Juan I couldn't miss it. Puerto Rico is full of amazing artists. Some I got to meet. Puerto Rico is a wonderful place for art. I enjoyed my 5 year stay there and learned a great deal about myself as an artist. I discovered my roots and family I have not seen in years and others I never met and discovered I have a family of artists and sculptors . I had a lot of fun celebrating my art in this beautiful Island of mine. One day I will see it again!

Hello everyone it's happy Friday yeahhhhhhhhhh!!!!
What a day I spent yesterday stuffing my mouth with turkey and desert. The amount of food that was prepared for Thanksgiving Hoilday makes you not want to eat for a month. By the end of the night I was stuffed and tired. It was a great day!!! Hope you all had a wonderful time with family and friends. The only thing that was missing yesterday was my mom. I have not seen her I think about two years. All my family went to her house  in Puerto Rico and had a big feast and music playing! It would had been sooo  nice and lovely to be there, maybe next time! I called her and we spoked for a while. I just miss her hugs. I miss her and my baby brother who actually lives in NYC with his daughter. I also called him and it was nice to hear his voice!

Another colorful blissful day clutch
These are new clutches and the others below are now listed on my Etsy shop!
They make wonderful gifts for you and for those you love!

More info about clutches and more on Etsy Tomorrow!!!

Announcement Bloggy friends!

This is one of my new clutch and more clutches are coming soon!
I'm very upset! I could scream right now! Late last night as I was about to list some new items on Etsy. I see my items have all disappeared. I'm thinking my computer is acting up again. But it is not the case. Etsy has deactivated all my items without warning no messages no communication whats soever regarding this matter.
So I'm left confused, wondering what the hell is going on! I pay my bills on time and that's fine, I go to my feedbacks and that's good good. All my items descriptions are good as well. So here I'm left absolutely naked without a response from Etsy. And I'm disappointed big time!!! Hmmmmmm I wonder what it could be and I'm driving myself nuts! How can this be?

So if you all wonder why my paintings are not in my shop, this is why. And I'm very very very upset!!!!!!! I just wish they can say something before they deactivate my items. And the thing is I have no freakin idea! Not having a good day but you know what I'm going to Doodle some more!

Well my sweet talented bloggy friends have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

I'm off to the studio, see ya later!

Here I have six beautiful colorful pendants done in wool flat felt. Some in handmade paper and decorative fabric. Featuring velvet and leather cord.

Thank you for leaving warm loving comments in my last post. I feel more relax enjoying the fun that goes on in the studio painting like crazy. I'm creating new pieces that will soon be listed. The holidays are approaching and soon it will be Christmas already. But let's not think about that cause I love love Thanksgiving for the gathering of friends and family, giving thanks and homemade thanksgiving dinner, yum! I wish my mother would come but she is far away across sea. I miss her greatly!!! I spoke to her today and talked for a while. Funny thing is, talking to her feels as if she's real near and it makes me happy. I would love to see her face and eat her cooking. She is a fabulous cook! Cooking is like art. What I do is,  turn up the music a bit and start preparing dinner. Today I had an everything bagel with hummus but what I do is boil a few eggs and toast my bagel. Once that's done I add spicy hummus some slices of boil egg, avocado, slices of red onions, one slice of tomato, a sleeve of cucumber and my favorite mango chutney but I usually add that with the hummus at first. You wonder how do I keep it from falling off the bagel? Sometimes it does when I pile too much but once you cut an amount of everything right it stays put and it's delicious!!!!!!!
Try it one day!

A whimsy spread
Here I have another piece done in wool fabric, flat felt and decorative fabric

My Circus
Done in acrylic and charcoal on stonehenge 100% rag paper
 22.5 x 30
Hello again I'm back and it's been a while. What can I say! I had days feeling down in the dumps. But manage to rise up and do what I love, paint!  You see I been trying to get pregnant but nothing is happening. I just need to relax and not think about but have fun. I'm pretty naive about this. I never thought it would be this hard. Like my friend says, just have fun and don't plan, it takes away the fun of it. Yep, that 's what I will do! My friend just got pregnant on her first try and boom the baby bump. Today I feel real good and having fun at the studio. Now I will clean up and make it tidy. I make a mess when I'm painting and once I'm done I need to clean it up. It makes me feel better to have a organize studio an organize home.

Here I have Colors embrace cuff bracelet
done in felt wool fabric and decorative fabric as well featuring a coffee brown button and elastic cord.
I love creating these lovely bracelets!

Anothe lovely cuff called A whimsy swirl cuff bracelet
Also done in felt muslin wool fabric and decorative with a Latte tan buttom and elastic cord. It fits warm soft around your wrist. I love this beautiful abstract piece.

Enjoy my beautiful artists!
Un beso!
