Roaming in the inside is Titled There is so much emotion in these portraits you can actually feel them. If you look closely into an individual 's face you can tell there are stories to be told, happiness, pain, the uncertainty, flirtation, peace, comfort, worry, depression, and ruminating thoughts while they stare into space in a crowed market and lets not forget love and anger. It's fascinating and beautiful because we are human. Why is it fascinating? To capture human emotion in a piece with color to evoke dark and yet beauty in a painting is a powerful thing. To portray such complexity on paper and feel it come to life enlightens me. When we channel ourselves into a piece we discover a lift as if shedding pieces of ourselves leaving you weightless and peaceful. You are communication with colors and strokes. And while we don't know when is happening sometimes it is a gift a tool to of letting go. So when you paint the ugly let it show itself because its also delivering it's beauty as well.
Well said Magaly and this is a wonderfully emotional piece. Raw, powerful! Thank you for sharing your innermost creative feelings.
